This has been well spotted and nicely captured,so marks for the vision aspect of the image, i am guessing you used a wide aperture to try and freeze the moving cars since a narrower one would have resulted in trails so again no issues from a technique perspective..while this would have looked good in either color or B&W the selective coloring though adds punch to the image and lends to its uniqueness. From an impact perspective i feel the composition is very central and it would have had more impact if the Rule of thirds was followed here, (placing your element of interest on an intersection of thirds)
